What is practical mysticism?
Altered states of consciousness (meditation, breathwork, dreams, somatic practice, psychedelic experience) give us access to a layer of intelligence the thinking mind can't reach on its own. Insight arrives there as symbols: visions, dreams, free association, sensations in the body.
Those insights are powerful, and they are hard to decipher. Practical mysticism is the work of translating them into something you can act on.
